🐝 Supporter Membership

You don’t have to keep bees to make a difference.

Our Supporter Membership is for anyone, anywhere in the world who wants to support the work of The British Bee Charity and help us make a positive difference for bees, other pollinators and the wider community.

You don’t need to be a beekeeper, own a hive or even have a garden to get involved. There are lots of ways you can support our work and help us spread the word.

💛 As a Supporter Member, you can help by:

• Becoming a member and showing your support for our work.
• Spreading the word about The British Bee Charity and the difference we are making.
• Helping us organise a fundraiser with your friends, family, workplace or community group.
• Sharing the knowledge and information we provide with others, helping more people understand the importance of bees and other pollinators.

As a Supporter Member, you’ll be very welcome at our events, giving you the opportunity to meet like-minded people, learn more about bees and discover what we are doing to help.

You’ll also receive our quarterly newsletter, packed with fascinating facts about bees and other pollinators, news and updates from The British Bee Charity, upcoming events and stories about the people and communities we have been helping.

Gift Aid

To gift aid your membership subscriptions/donations, you must pay or have paid, an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax for each tax year (6th April-5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities will claim on the donor’s gift in each tax year.  If you pay income tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
